By using the services of OsoClean Limited Cleaning Services, you agree to the following terms of service:

Services:

- We will provide the cleaning services requested by the customer in a professional and timely manner.

Payment:

- Payment for services must be made in full before or at the time of service. We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, and cash.

Cancellations:

- If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If a service is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee may apply.

Access to the property:

- The customer must provide us with access to the property at the agreed upon time for the cleaning service to take place. If access is not provided, a rescheduling fee may apply.

Liability:

- We are not liable for any damage to property or personal injury that may occur during the cleaning service. We recommend that customers remove any valuables or fragile items before the cleaning service takes place.

Satisfaction guarantee:

- If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the service and we will re-clean the area in question at no additional cost.

Changes to terms of service:

- We reserve the right to make changes to these terms of service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.

Governing law:

- These terms of service and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms of service or the use of the cleaning services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
