Refund Policy

At OsoClean, we strive to provide top-notch cleaning services to all of our customers. However, we understand that there may be times when a customer is not completely satisfied with the services they have received. In these cases, we offer the following refund policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with the cleaning services that have been provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning service. We will schedule a time to come out and re-clean the areas of concern at no additional charge.

If after the re-clean you are still not satisfied with the service, you may request a refund for the portion of the service that you were not satisfied with.

We do not issue full refunds for services already rendered, except under extenuating circumstances, as evaluated on case-by-case basis.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the request being made.

If you cancel your cleaning service with less than 24 hours' notice, or if our cleaning team is unable to gain access to your property at the scheduled time of the cleaning service, you will be charged a fee of 50% of the total cost of the service that was scheduled.

Any damage or loss caused by the cleaning team will be fully covered by the company.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Any disputes regarding refunds will be resolved by the management team at OsoClean in a timely and fair manner.

Please keep in mind that this refund policy is only applicable to our regular cleaning services, and may not apply to one-time or special cleaning services.
